Ty'Esha Reels, native to Rhode Island, comes from a family of artists. Her passion and inspiration for art started as a young child, watching and learning from her mother - an award winning Native American artist, specializing in beadwork and recreations of ancient Native American artifacts. Ty'Esha's love for art exploded into several types of art mediums overtime, from traditional wood burning to Tattooing.
Tattooing for Ty'Esha is not a job but a true passion of Art. "I consider it honorable to show that we once lived, by passing on the craft of preservation though art like our ancestors did before us. Creating is a big part of being Native American, it represents our history, and that everything has meaning".
She was one of the artist contestants on Spike TV's Ink Master Season 5 -Ink Master Rivals . Since then she has been able to follow her passion of traveling all over the world to share her love of tattooing and art.
Currently based out of Texas, her specialty is in Color/Black and Grey photo realism. Think lots of fun bright detail, the more the better, Large scale difficult cover ups, watercolor landscapes, and animal portraits .
